Registration Steps for the 2025-2026 School Year
Below is a checklist of all steps that need to be completed by each family before your child(ren) will be considered enrolled and included on class lists at Holy Family School for the 25-26 school year. The entire registration process should only take about 15-20 minutes to complete. In order to ensure that we have adequate school supplies and materials (i.e. textbooks, curriculum, etc.) for all students, we need an accurate enrollment count for the upcoming year.
It is mandatory that ALL required documents, including the $110 registration fee, and your family online registration process be completed and turned in before your child(ren) will be considered enrolled and placed on a class list for the upcoming year at Holy Family School. Registration must be completed no later than Friday, February 28th.

STEP 1:
Registration & Tuition Agreement and Tuition Down Payment - this form was included in the registration packet sent home with your oldest child. Please complete this form and return to school along with your 10% tuition down payment. This down payment will be applied toward your child(ren)'s total tution for the upcoming school year.
- New This Year: If you need financial aid assistance, an application process will need to be completed through the Blackbaud Financial Aid program. Information and instructions are included in your registration packet. To begin the application process, or for more information, please contact Carla in the business office.
STEP 2:
Blackbaud Tuition Management Form - this form was included in the registration packet sent home with your oldest child. Please complete this form and return to school along with your Registration and Tuition Agreement.
STEP 3:
$110 Family Registration Fee - this fee covers your family cost for our student information system (JMC), Blackbaud Tuition, outside entertainment/speakers, technology insurance and any other programs within HFS that require dues. This fee should be submitted separate from the tuition down payment. Checks should be made payable to "Holy Family School" with "Registration Fee" noted in the memo line.
STEP 4:
Parental Consents & Technology Agreements - all families are required to sign off on a series of policies, procedures and technology agreements. Please click the button below to complete the required form.
STEP 5:
JMC Demographic Update - Complete online registration/verification of family demographics through JMC (see steps below). It is very important that you verify all information is up-to-date and accurate. This includes emergency contact information. (Holy Family School requires at least two emergency contacts be on file for each family. Emergency contacts should be willing and able to pick up your children for any illness or emergency should the parent not be available.)
