New Family Registration for the 2025 - 2026 School Year


​All registration steps listed below need to be completed before your child(ren) will be considered enrolled and included on a class list at Holy Family School for the 2025 - 2026 school year.  The entire registration process should only take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete. In order to ensure that we have adequate school supplies and materials (i.e. textbooks, curriculum, etc.) for all students, we need an accurate enrollment count for the upcoming year.  

It is mandatory that ALL required documents, including the $110 registration fee, and your family online registration process be completed and turned in before your child(ren) will be considered enrolled and placed on a class list for the upcoming year at Holy Family School.  Registration must be completed no later than Thursday, May 1st. 

​Below is an outline of each of the necessary steps to complete the registration process.  NOTE: THE SECTION IN BLUE IS FOR JMC ENROLLMENT AND IS IT'S OWN MULTI-STEP PROCESS.  

STEP 1: JMC New Family Enrollment & Registration

JMC is our Student Information System that you will use throughout your time at HFS.  This system is used to sign up for open house/conferences, view grades/assignments, report student absences, etc.  This system houses all pertinent family and student information and should be kept as up-to-date as possible. There are two steps to getting your family registered/enrolled in JMC.  Please follow the steps below to get enrolled/registered in JMC: 
INITIAL STEP: JMC NEW FAMILY ENROLLMENT
The first step is initial enrollment to make us aware of your family registering children at HFS.  Steps for JMC initial enrollment are as follows:

  • ​Click the "New Family Enrollment" icon to be brought to JMC.
  • On the New Family Enrollment Screen, click "Get Started" then click "Get Started" again.
  • ​Parent/Guardian Info - Enter all parent/guardian information in Step 1. In the "Expected Start Date" text box, enter 9/2/2025.
  • Emergency Contacts - IMPORTANT: Holy Family School requires at least two emergency contacts be on file for each family.  Emergency contacts should be willing and able to pick up your children for any illness or emergency should the parent not be available.  Click "Next" to continue.
  • New Student Information - Click "Add a child" and enter all information in Step 3 for your child.  Select "Kindergarten" for the grade level.  Check any applicable boxes in the next section.  Click "Add child" and continue.  (Repeat these steps if you have more than 1 incoming Kindergarten student.).  Click "Next" to continue.
  • Additional Comments - If you have any additional information you would like us to know, please enter this on Step 4. Click "Go to review".
  • Review & Submit - Double check that all information is correct on the application and then click "Submit".  You will receive a thank you message once you submit the enrollment application.
  • Watch for an email from HFS after the office staff reviews your enrollment. (Please note that this may take a few days.)  Information will be provided in this email with JMC login information, instructions on how to set your password, and how to finish registering your child on JMC. Once you receive the email, you will need to complete the final step of the JMC portion of registration.

FINAL STEP: JMC REGISTRATION COMPLETION

Once you receive an email confirmation stating that your enrollment has been accepted, please use the username provided in the email to create/set up an account in the JMC portal. Once logged in, you will need to complete registration using the steps below:

  • Click on the JMC "Family" icon - NOTE: This is the link you will use any time you need to log in to JMC in the future.  Please bookmark this link for future reference.
  • Once you have a password set and are back to the login page, select School Year: "2025-2026" from the drop down menu. Then enter in your username and password to proceed. (If you are using a mobile device, you will need to select - View jmc in: Desktop at the bottom of your screen after you are logged in.)
  • Click "Register for 2025-2026" on the left navigation menu.
  • Click "Start/Continue the Registration Process" and complete/verify all information - then click "Next". 
  • Once you click "Finish", go back to the registration dashboard by clicking "Register for 2025-2026". 
  • Click on "Digital Equity Questionnaire" and complete the questions. 
  • Return to the registration dashboard by clicking "Register for 2025-2026".  All boxes should be checked or there should be a note that says "pending office approval" for your registration to be considered complete.

STEP 2: Parental Consents & Technology Agreements 

All families are required to sign off on a series of policies, procedures and technology agreements.  Please click the button below to complete the required forms.

STEP 3: Items to Turn in to Holy Family School

Registration & Tuition Agreement and Tuition Down Payment
This form was included in the registration packet.  Please complete this form and return to school along with your 10% tuition down payment.  This down payment will be applied toward your child(ren)'s total tution for the upcoming school year.    
  • New This Year: If you need financial aid assistance, an application process will need to be completed through the Blackbaud Financial Aid program.  Information and instructions are included in your registration packet.  To begin the application process, or for more information, please contact Carla in the business office at 320-352-6535.
Blackbaud Tuition Management Form 
​This form was included in the registration packet.  Please complete this form and return to school along with your Registration and Tuition Agreement. 
$110 Family Registration Fee
This fee covers your family cost for our student information system (JMC), Blackbaud Tuition, outside entertainment/speakers, technology insurance and any other programs within HFS that require dues.  This fee should be submitted separate from the tuition down payment.  Checks should be made payable to "Holy Family School" with "Registration Fee" noted in the memo line.
